Program Description

Codeword Escape uses SMS messaging to communicate with employees regarding work-related matters including scheduling, shift reminders, operational updates, new bookings, customer cancellations, and urgent notifications. This program is strictly used for internal employee communications and is not used for marketing purposes.

• New bookings and on-call notifications
• Customer cancellations

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on booking activity, scheduling, and operational needs. Employees may receive up to 10 messages per day.

Opt-In Process

Employees may voluntarily opt in to receive SMS messages from Codeword Escape by completing the consent form below, providing their mobile phone number, and checking the SMS consent box. The SMS consent box is not selected by default. Participation in the SMS program is voluntary.

Opt-Out Instructions

Employees may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, they will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive further SMS messages unless they opt in again.
