Weekday Room Blocks
Room Blocks are available to book with a minimum of 24 hours notice by calling 203-626-9078. You can choose your start time for a room block: Monday-Wednesday 11-9
Thursday-Friday 11-3
Tickets & Walkins
Our regularly scheduled hours do not guarantee room availability. Escape rooms can book several days in advance, so we strongly recommend purchasing your tickets online by clicking the Book Now button. Our online booking system shows real-time availability, which is the same availability our team sees when you call.
We cannot hold or reserve a room without payment.
Walk-ins are welcome! You can visit during our scheduled business hours, and if a room is available, we’ll be happy to accommodate you. However, booking online in advance is the best way to guarantee your preferred date and time.
Regular Hours
We are open for walk-ins beginning at 5:00 Thursdays and Sundays may close at 8:00 PM if the 8:45 PM time slot has not been booked by 8:00 PM.
If you want to play at 8:45 PM, please make sure you purchase your tickets online or arrive for a walk-in by 8:00 PM.
Room Blocks
Room blocks are a designed for office outings or groups of friends that want to play outside of our regular hours Monday through Friday. When you have decided on the time and room your group want to play, call Event Coordinator at 860-817-8698 and they will set everything up. Remember, you will need to plan a room block reservation a few days ahead to guarantee availability.
A room block is a single escape room with a flat fee of $210 for up to 6 people. The $210 fee remains the same whether you have fewer than 6 players.
Up to 6 people: $210
Each additional person: $35
Maximum per room block: 12 people
Need more space? You can book multiple room blocks at the same time or schedule them back-to-back in different rooms.
For the best availability, we recommend booking your escape room tickets in advance.
